I think yous should invest in appropriate packaging! Just went to pick up the bag out of the car and the bag instantly snaps! I'm sure yous can afford it with the price yous charge for a large milkshake! 4 milkshakes in a paper bag no cup holders. recipe for DISASTER. £12 down the drain... to be quite literate. Would love a refund but know my chances of that are as slim as the chances of a paper bag sustainably holding 4 milkshakes.

Ordered online for collection, I picked up order of 2 milkshakes, they were excellent but not quite to the same standard I have when I order direct in store. Previous in store orders would be a 5*, slight in error in order this evening but overall recommend as quality is very high

As always it was delicious and was delivered earlier than estimated time. Waffle was yum and still warm. Kinder milkshake was a little different than I get normally but was still tasty
